History of The Encyclopedia of Haiti Project

Although this project is within its first year of existence, we do have a short and beautiful story to tell.  Our domain name was registered on June 21, 2009 and parked for a year.

We designed our first logo in the early morning of August 13, 2010 and we launched HaitiPedia.org the same day.  Our platform remained the same since we first started, but our logo has undergone major changes to reflect our commitment to excellence:

3) Verify your account
4) You are now a contributor

As an Internet contributor you will be able to create new articles and edit existing ones on HaitiPedia.org.
